NEW Plugin - YAPB Importer / Exporter

Hi all! So I'm a huge fan of YAPB - just launched my new site http://art.thehomeofjon.net with it. Had a small problem though:

I could migrate all my old data to my new site, but not my YAPB images. I had around 75 images - each which I had to upload manually. Obviously that took a while. I was working on a staging server and would push that DB and code to the live server so that my site didn't have any down time. But I made some mistakes with my import and had to do everything again...with 75 new images.

So I said forget that! I'm going to write a plugin that makes it much more easier for me to be lazy!

Hence YAPB-Importer-Exporter.

What I basically did is rip out the exporting code (literally...like copy and paste) for Wordpress and added one extra field for the YAPB image. Then ripped out the importing code for Wordpress (literally, another copy and paste) and added functionality to read that extra field and save the image along with the post. Then wrapped up both of those in a nice little plugin.

So the importing/exporting works exactly as Wordpress does now in 2.7. The only difference is your images come along with the import/export.

This is the very first beta version of the plugin (my first plugin actually), so sorry if there isn't any fancy image stuff. But it works! I used it for my own site.

Installation Instructions:
Install like you would any other Wordpress plugin. No configuration needed. YAPB does need to be installed however.

Instructions for Use:
The export function is just like Wordpress and is located under Tools -> Export YAPB. The import function is located the same place the other import functions are, Tools -> Import -> YAPB Importer. Use it exactly like you would use the default Wordpress importer.

(Disclaimer: Of course, in the interest of you-can't-blame-me-ism, always backup your DB before doing significant changes like imports!)

I'll make a blog post sooner or later with some more details. But the process is pretty self-explanatory.

Would love to hear some feedback from the Johannes and the community before going and trying to post this anywhere official.

Very nice job, but could you port it to the WP 2.6 and maybe few numbers ealier as well? When I imagine manually moving ~300 images and their descriptions, etc. I land with a headache. [;

Now I only have to figure out why my WP and my browser cannot access to a photo located at ie. http://mariotomic.com/wp-content/uploads...vasion.jpg when I see it there via FTP
