Hi!
Thanks for this great plugin!
I only have a small problem at the moment, probably due to me forgetting to deactivate the plugin while updating to 1.7.1.BETA: In the list of plugins there is both YAPB 1.7.1 BETA as well as YAPB 1.6 BETA!
Of course I have only 1 folder yapb installed. How can I get rid of the 1.6.? It is somewhere in the database I guess, but how to get rid of them?

short version: you prolly have old php files in your
yet-another-photoblog folder.
it might be a bit paranoid, but I always:
- move in the new version in a folder called yet-another-photoblog-NEW
- change permissions on the new cache folder to 777
- rename the active folder yet-another-photoblog-OLD
- rename the new folder back to the proper name yet-another-photoblog
- then delete the OLD folder
this clears out older files, including unused libraries, etc
I have done something similar to what you describe, and got the 2 different versions under 'plugins'.
Now I did exactly what you described... guess what: I have 3 time the YAPB mentioned, 2 times version 1.6 and 1 time 1.7.1
I am sure it's in the tables somewhere, not just in a folder. I has to have something to do with MySQL.
Nobody has a clue as how to get rid of the multiple YAPB plugins showing?
Isn't there a way to update the database or so?
Hi JaroFan -
I'm sorry, but the version information isn't stored in the database. You must have to have some old files somewhere - Can't explain it otherwise.

Hi, thanks for your reply!
I'm also sorry, I should have reported back here but forgot it.
When I updated to your newest version 2 weeks ago, I disabled the plugin, renamed the old folder *OLD, uploaded the new files and then deleted the Old folder... re-enabled the plugin and everything was fine now! So indeed it was nothing with the database, it must have been an old file somewhere as you said!
thanks!
