I don't know what happened but after about midnight last night, my yapb (or maybe phpthumb) took a major crap on me. On some of my pages I have different size thumbnails on the same page and It was working fine until yesterday. Now all of the sizes seem to be getting confused, one size thumbnail will show up where the other size instance of the thumbnail should be. And on my single pages the pic used to get watermarked and now all of a sudden it's not, and I didn't edit the code at all! Did you change the way files are cached in 1.5 because I noticed there isn't as many files as there should be in the "cache" folder should there be files in the "cache" folder in phpthumb directory too, becasue there is??

UPDATE: Downgraded to 1.4.4 and it works great. There seems to be a bug with 1.5 where thumbnails are being archived in the phpthumb cache in addition to the yabp cache. Not exactly sure what is happening but do notice that in 1.4 there are no images going into the phpthumb cache.
Hi thedesigncoalition -

I did some major rewriting on this algorithm and it may be a bug. I'll do some testing and reply back.

Any information to this topic would be useful.

Thanks for the feedback,

Johannes
All I can really say is that the thumbnails were being spread out in different locations, in both the phpthumb cache directory(which i believe isn't used at all on the older version) and in the yapb cache directory. I didn't notice for about a week after I installed 1.5 because I hadn't cleared the cache i think.
Hi -

This is definitely a bug and i'm working on finding the cause and the solution - Sorry for that. Yapb 1.5.1 will fix that.

Greets from Salzburg,

Johannes
Yapb 1.5.1 with the bugfix is released.
