Am very happy with the Plugin. Thank you!
I installed the "Grain" Theme, and everything seems to be working fine, except for the Mosaic Page. There is nothing generated on that page.
The page number is correct, and the link to the page is correct too, but no Mosaic.
A further question... when (& if) I can get the mosaic working, how can I get it to display like the Mosaics you have on your site, all side by side and without horizontal spacing or borders? Is this in the CSS?

As i've mentioned you already
have asked mac about the problem. I wouldn't have suggested otherwise.
The only thing i do have to ask: Do you use the YAPB-Version provided with macs theme? Don't think mac have tested with (propably) existing newer versions.

Danke für dein Antwort! Ich bin sehr viel weiter gekommen, mit "Mac"... aber ein paar Fragen habe ich:
1) Wo sind die Thumbnails gespeichert? Ich habe jetzt erfolgreich ein Mosaic Seite generiert (mit Grain-Theme), aber wollte dann zurück zu ein andere Theme. Wenn ich dann klicke auf "Bilderübersicht" (wie in Grain), kommt entweder nichts, oder ein leeres Seite, oder einmal kam nur ein Kommentar Feld.
Muss man die Thumbnails neu generieren? Und wenn scho, wie soll ich es schaffen?
Ich suche eigentlich ein 2-Column Lösung das ich "tweaken" werde... kein EXIF, und kein Kommentar auf Bilder Seiten.
Ich werde sehr dankbar für dein Input!

I just installed YAPB 1.9.4 with the latest Grain theme, I am not too familiar with coding and have the same problem, dont know how to activate the mosaic page what did you change in the page template to solve the problem ? . Thanks for your help.

To activate the Mosaic Page. go to your dashboard -> Write -> Page.
Set the title as "Mosaic" and set the page template to "Mosaic" in the options below! Good luck!
